Convert CWR to CWR-JSON and validate schema

Converts the uploaded CWR file (with EDI validation) then validates the result against the CWR-JSON schema.

Optional CWR-JSON schema id for post-conversion validation. Alias cwr-json-v1.0
maps to cwr-json-v1-0. Defaults to cwr-json-v1-0 when omitted.
