Convert CWR to CWR-JSON

Upload a CWR file and convert it to CWR-JSON. Optional EDI validation runs before conversion
when PARSE_RUN_EDI_VALIDATION is enabled (default). Optional schema validation after conversion
when PARSE_RUN_SCHEMA_VALIDATION is enabled.

Optional CWR-JSON schema id for post-conversion validation. Alias cwr-json-v1.0
maps to cwr-json-v1-0. Defaults to cwr-json-v1-0 when omitted.
